she sighed quietly as she listened to him a soft look on her face as she paused Tommy is perhaps the greatest ranger that has ever picked up a morpher she said gently her voice kind yes he was that one but he was under a spell when he first showed up the other time a clone when he attacked she explained her voice soft as she relaxed slowly as she climbed down the steps she had worn pants so she didn’t have to worry about him looking up her skirt thankfully.
He was our white ranger both of them and now the black one we married a few years ago she explained as she hopped down the final two steps and then paused you would be amazed how many of us originally went through two powers or more she admitted after a few moments as she walked down the hall with him and sighed quietly. She had to admit that she loved Tommy but she hoped that this would be the end of the fighting for them when it was all said and done she did want to have children.
a air freshener would be good but how good are you with stereos? I keep asking for one but they are never installed she smiled at him and ruffled his hair softly as she looked at the boy and saw their future which was a plus at that moment they would need people to take that mantle over when they became old “you’ll see we all keep in contact when the battles are over…think of it as one big secret club she smiled softly.

"Turned evil because of a spell? How often does that happen?" asked Ben with a worrisome look on his face. The young ranger cringed at the thought of being controlled by somebody and ordered to commit horrible acts of destruction. Plus if someone as great as Tommy, the supposedly greatest ranger of them all was placed under that spell, what were the chances of something like that could happen to him? Especially in a time of crisis where some of the greatest evils in the universe cast powerful spells that could turn someone evil. After hopping down the last three steps of the latter, he moved back in order to give the senior ranger some room.
Kimberly would then explain that he then became the white ranger before becoming the black power ranger and that she and Tommy had been married for a few years. This fact made Ben realize something that he had never thought of before, dating someone who wasn't a power ranger might be very difficult with all of the secret keeping. Hell the fact that usually runs off to face the forces of evil might make whoever his girl friend might be think that he's cheating or something. The only logical choice would be to date a ranger since another ranger would know about the secret. Ben then pushed that worry in the back of his mind figuring that he should be more focused on the current threat than future dating problems.
"Sorry, I only clean zords. You'll have to find someone else if you want to have a stereo installed" said Ben right before she ruffled his hair. When she ruffled his dark hair, his smile turned into a frown as his eyes looked rather annoyed as it couldn't help but remind him of how his mother did this and called him her "sweet little boy". Something that his mom continues to do to this day since he could easily pass for a 14 year old and at most a 15 year old even though he's 17. And since Ben's father looked like a teenager in his late twenties, Ben figured that we won't look more like an adult anytime soon. After she ruffled through his dark hair, Ben took a deep breath which made him calmer. Kim would then explain to him that after this battle was over, they would all keep in contact.
"Oh really? Is there any big reunions I should be aware of?" asked Ben.

She smiled lightly when he said he didn’t do stereo’s that was a shame it would have been nice she thought as she brushed her hair from her eyes and walked with him. It was nice to have someone that she could sit down and talk to that was new to this she thought as she paused and looked at him “we did one a few years back it was a fun week friendships are there and are strong because very few understand what you’re doing unless they are one yourself” she admitted when someone didn’t know it became rough several had lost relationships due to being called in or different reasons none of which were easy.
Her hair falling over her eyes she took a breath and relaxed slowly even now we are being called back to duty or some like yourself are coming for the first time I had thought I never would have picked the morpher up again I retired to a peaceful life and to do Olympics if I could have qualified…the power always goes with you though Ben you may put the morpher down but you never know when it may call you again it is an interesting cycle. She did hope this would be it though for her and Tommy she wanted to get through this and have kids one day.
Shaking her head she looked at him and paused Wes and the others are some of the best you have a good that could be offered have they been working with you long? she asked her voice curious as she walked. They could always use new rangers when it came to this. The dino thunder teens one day could become mentors themselves “maybe if things work out we can have a sparring match before I have to leave it could be fun for the both of us she offered her after a moment and smiled slightly.
Never being one to haze the rookies this kid she liked and wanted to see what he had maybe it would be a learning situation for them both in the end she thought as she looked at the sky as they walked “when this is all over maybe wes and eric could make you a silver guardian” she admitted if he did a good enough job than she wouldn’t be surprised if it was in his future.

"I guess you have a point about that. Nobody know how difficult it going out in public on a day that's not Halloween wearing nothing but spandex and a helmet" said Ben with a playful smirk on his face after Kim mentioned that only rangers understood what it was like being a ranger. Even though the young ranger was joking about how only rangers knew what it was like to be ranger, Ben knew exactly what she meant by that. Having other people who weren't ranger knowing of his identity could make his civilian life problematic. If he were to tell a close friend or loved one they would be worried sick about him as he's fighting the forces of evil. And if he told his secret to someone that had a big mouth, his identity as a ranger could be revealed and continue to haunt even after he retired from being a power ranger.
As Ben continued to walk with Kim, she explained to the young ranger that even after retiring from the life of a power ranger, the power will always be with him and his own morpher might call him again. As someone that was living out his dream of being a power ranger, Ben couldn't imagine giving up his morpher anytime soon, especially when he was trying to prove that he was worthy of being a power ranger. But it did reassure him that even if the Time Force police wanted the morpher back, there was always the chance that it might come back to him. And by the looks of things to Ben, it might even be a different morpher since other ranger have gone through more than one power.
"If you don't mind me asking, why didn't you qualify for the Olympics?" asked Ben with a curious look on his face. The young ranger didn't know anybody who even tried to compete in the Olympics which he viewed as a worthy goal to have. After all, if you succeed, you're competing against people from all over the world who are consider to be the best of the best of their country.
"Fighting alone side of them is a pretty interesting experience. And I learn something new every time I see Eric fight in his morphed form since the ranger powers he and I have are very similar. Like him, I even have a finishing attack that doesn't require the aid of other rangers" explained Ben after he briefly looked back on his experiences working with them.
"You know, I actually plan on joining the Silver Guardians after I graduate from high school this year" said Ben after Kim said that Eric and Wes might let him join the Silver Guardians when this was all over. Since Ben appeared to be 14 or 15 years old, the fact that he was graduating this year might surprise the senior ranger.

She could see that he had something on her mind at that moment. Resting her hands inside of her pockets she kept her head down and relaxed slowly. It was nice to feel the wind on her face and hair though now it blew it around and she often had to reach up and move it out of her eyes. Things had been difficult for all of them since things had changed. From being a normal gymnastics teacher back to picking up her morpher after all those years even now she found herself glad that she was able to find herself useful once again.
When she had seen her husband and friends take it up again it had been hard. The dino thunder team had come to mean a great deal to her in a short time. Even more so when she had come across the pink dino gem and had thought of using its power even without the dino morpher. She was glad that she had found the right owner that would do it right while she took back the coin that she had been known as. Shaking her head she walked down the way with him her mind elsewhere for those few moments until she realized that she had gone quiet with him and gave him an apologetic smile.
The next question he asked hit home and she bowed her head and sighed I was on top of the world at that point I really loved what I did hell I still do Ben it is a good part of my life she explained and chewed on her lip for a moment call it what you will I think I just missed my friends and family I was down in Florida alone and it became hard to not see these people almost daily…Tommy the others I watched them on TV when they fought as much as I could but my mind was elsewhere swallowing she closed her eyes when it came time for the finals of qualifying I was torn but I did my best…when I was done I looked up and saw Tommy there, my friends they had all come down…it made me realize that I was missing something
I…made the cut in the end and was happy but I also had four more years where my life would be controlled...one day when I was out training I just looked up at the symbols and that night when I went home…I sat up and debated for hours but in the end I called my coach and told him my decision…I was on a plane a few days later heading home she said the last part in a whisper as she bowed her head and took a deep breath I haven’t looked back since…I teach gymnastics at reef side now she admitted with a sheepish smile.
so what are you in the mood for? she asked him after a moment as her hair fell over her eyes and she realized she did like this kid he had a good heart and being a ranger would suit him I have never seen the time force morpher up close she admitted a small pink blush coming over her usually pale face probably worried Tommy will take over Time Force she admitted and gave a small giggle.

Crap, I knew that I shouldn't have asked about that thought Ben as he noticed the senior power ranger bow her head down and sigh which gave him the impression that this was not one of those questions that he should have asked her. When Kim started to talk about how she was on top of the world during that period of time and that she really loved what she did, even to this day, Ben felt relieved since this conversation really could have taken a turn for the worse his what he said hit her the wrong way. The greenhorn ranger listened carefully as Kimberly explained to him that she really missed her friends and family and that it was hard not to see those people daily. She then told him that she made the cut and that the next four years were controlled before calling her coach and telling him that she quite.
"Well at least you're doing what you love. I mean from what I've heard, most people hate the jobs that they have" said Ben after Kimberly told him that she was now teaching gymnastics and Reefside.
"I'm in the mood for pizza" said Ben after Kim asked him what he wanted to eat. She would then tell him that she had never seen a Time Force morpher up close and that was probably because they were worried that Tommy will take over the team.
"Well this is my Time Force morpher however this one is an older model like Eric's morpher. The ones that Jen and the others have seem to be more security measures to make sure that nobody other than the owner can use it by having a DNA scanner placed into them. The morphers that me and Eric have use voice recognition, but despite the weaker security measure, the older morphers seem to be more powerful than the newer ones" explained Ben after he rolled down his sleeve revealing his black and blue spacetime morpher.

She had to admit she liked him calm headed and kind he would go a long way if and when he had the chance. No one knew that what and who would make it past the battles where they were now. Even now she looked at him she could see a young man that had been forced to come into his own and yet had done well when it came down to it but he had done well and that was all that mattered at that moment. Looking at him she gave a soft smile and looked into his eyes no matter what don’t forget to have a good time and be a teen still she said gently her voice soft.
Walking into the pizza restaurant she could feel eyes on her but ignored them and gave him a nod I love what I do…it keeps me busy when I’m not running around she was almost at the point where she would have to go back or she would lose that. Shaking her head she relaxed slowly as she found a place to sit down and glanced at him do you do any sports in school she asked him after a moment curious. She hoped that he didn’t just have life as a ranger and ignored everything else.
One thing that she had always been glad was that they had all had lives outside of being a power ranger they were able to keep to themselves. She did gymnastics, Tommy and Jason had karate etc. and that was what kept them level when things would get rough in the end they were always able to come together as a group even when they were all different in many ways. Ordering a soda she paused and glanced around the restaurant no one she knew at least that wanted to kill her…she hoped.

"Don't worry about that, I still make time to hang out with my friends. I'm even going stay over at my friend's place at Reefside over the weekend and chill at the beach" said Ben figuring that it would be best to leave out the part that he has been skipping school lately. After all, the last thing he wanted was to get a lecture from someone he just met and it was his senior year, probably one of the biggest waste of school years compared to all of the other years. The two most important classes he was taking were math and english with the rest being electives and gym. The two power ranger would then walk into a near by pizza place and the younger of the two rangers couldn't help but notice how most of the eyes in the place were looking over at Kim.
While Ben did have to admit that Kim was an attractive woman, he had no interest in becoming more than just friends with her even if she wasn't married. After all, Ben was still 17 which would be illegal and even if he was 18, there would still be that what some would consider a large gap in their ages. Plus there was always the fact that he looked like someone who was 14 or 15 years old which would make that kind of relationship even more problematic. After Kim told him that she loved what she was doing, she asked the young ranger if he did any sports in school.
"I don't do any school sports, but I do take karate which really comes in handy with my new job" said Ben referring to his duties as a power ranger as a job since he really didn't want any nearby learning that he was one of the power rangers that defended this city on a daily basis. After Kim made her order, Ben ordered one coke and two plain slices of pizza.

She could tell that he was hiding something even though she couldn’t put her finger on what. Maybe it was nothing or something that he would rather not tell her so he shook it off. They had just met and that was why at least she wouldn’t as she shook her head she walked in with him and they were soon sat down and gave him a smile and slowly relaxed leaning back in the chair she was glad to get off her feet and slowly relaxed where she sat.
Ordering the same she looked over and noticed two people were watching them but when she met their gaze that they would look away quickly and pondered before she looked at him friends of yours? she asked him after a few moments and tilted her head to the side curiosity showing in her eyes as she looked at him. Even now she could feel eyes on her but brushed the thought away instead focusing on Ben as she sipped her soda.
It was moments like these that she missed when she could just sit down and enjoy it as she looked at him she gave a smile to the start of a good friendship she told him and raised the glass to him. Yes they would look odd but at that moment she didn’t care she hoped that this boy would become someone that she could trust as a friend and a ranger…
