• The title of your Character Application should be in the following format: '[SEASON AFFILIATION] LASTNAME, firstname middlename'. Without the single quotes (' ').
  
• You can change the colors if you want, but don't go adding codes or fields or anything like that.
  
• Simply copy one of the codes at the bottom and post it in a new thread. =3
  
• If you need an example, just look at one of the Accepted Applications. Or the example Application stickied in the Pending Board.
  
• Follow the format.
