The Great Ranger Purge part 1

[Leo Corbett]

As Leo charged the Red Psycho Ranger, he saw the other Ranger lash out with the whip and ducked, but not in time to get to get hit in the head. Ouch! Good thing we wear helmets he thought to himself as he continued to stay ducked as Psycho Red started spinning his whip in a circle. He then ducked down and sweeped his leg, hoping to knock the other Ranger off his feet. Hopefully this would work and give the other Rangers the distraction they needed.

When he heard someone say that their leader was down, Leo had to fight not to look. If he looked away from Psycho Red, he'd be at his mercy. And that was something he couldn't let happen. He had to stay focused on his own fight.

He heard the same Ranger yelling at another Ranger, stating that the Ranger they had felled had been a friend of theirs, voicing his confusion at how they could betray them, and that they weren't fit to be a Ranger. Easy, kid. Less talking, more fighting, Leo thought as he continued towards Psycho Red. The Red Galaxy Ranger powered up his sword and then thrust the energy at Psycho Red. Hopefully, he shot would make contact. He couldn't do this without the others and without the full team, he could cal for the Lights of Orion. Please let this work, he thought to himself.

[Ava Elizabeth]

He was quite happy just sitting there with her as the two ate strawberries together and he paused and moved next to her his eyes looking into hers as he smiled softly and thought of how odd things had been. At that point he had been ready to spend most of the evening until they had to turn in for the night smiling at her gently he closed his eyes and slowly relaxed his mind going elsewhere at that moment as he tried to think what to do next and sighed softly at peace at that moment.

A moment later she had stood up though she he listened to her and paused how do you know? he asked her and stood up as well and closed the tent up and then walked up to her side and gently took her hand in his own I’ll go with you maybe I can help he offered and gave her a smile. He did like her and it was showing more and more with each passing moment as he stayed by her side and nodded giving her hand a gentle squeeze shall we?

Ava was in a panic at least that was in her mind. She had never been “in battle” before. She had ran through her trees, pulling and tying her bright green hair back with a band she made from flowers and vines, in the process. Something was wrong. She did not know what, but a feeling she had in the pit of her stomach made her leave her hidden home in the forest, heading North…or was it East….South? She lost the thought in her head as her stride length, making her run faster. As she neared the edged, the green emerald like crystal around her neck glowed a brilliant green.

As she made her way out of the forest, green light formed around her, changing her into the Green Demeter Ranger she was. She was fast, that was her skill. She ran. She stopped at Angel Grove, an only place she had been before and looked around. Screams erupted, and she knew where she must be going. She ran, using the ground as a map, for say; but it was harder. No trees, grass..she felt vulnerable. That was until she saw the scene.

Fighting left and right, here and there. She had never saw anything like this in her life. Adeline took over her and she ran and fought with the rangers who where all over. Ava seemed like a natural, moving as if the ground worked with her. She caused vines to grow, and trap and squeeze the enemy around her. She kicked, and fought hard. Whatever had come over her, she had no idea. She heard a woman cry for helped and went to her, fighting it off. “Go!” she told the woman. The woman ran; and so did Ava, back to help the others.

As fighting she was fighting she caught a glimps of another on the ground and when she reached him, she froze. “Jason?” through her distraction, she was knocked in the back to the ground, just inches from him.

The battle was going better than they had hoped that past few minutes. The rangers were scattered and one was lying on the ground from a stab wound that may not heal. An evil laugh was heard as Rita waved her wand and Goldar and Rito both joined the fight. Both of them would be able to handle this as she looked around at the carnage that they had caused. All around the rangers were busy more and more they would fall one by one until she had at least eliminated those power brats.

Than a green ranger showed up and she raised an eyebrow as she walked down through the battle she watched “Kitty Kat deal with the brat” she said as she waved her wand and knocked back Eliza’s attack and smirked at the new arrival “come now dear he is mine and you will see his fate” as she raised her staff lightning came streaking down from the sky and struck Jason a loud scream was heard but a moment later it had faded into the night as the smoke cleared a ranger stood there.

Where Jason had been stood a red ranger but his cloths were red and black instead of the normal white color. In his hand rested a scythe that glinted in the light. But what was different was one thing he radiated darkness where Ava may have a good soul of Demeter this one shown great power but the darkness that radiated off of him was enough to make one shudder at the sight “let me show you how helpless you are now Jason…show them” she told him as she held up a blood red crystal and tossed it to him as the ranger caught it and laughed evilly.

[Ava Elizabeth]

The new so called, daughter of Demeter –something people referred to her as, even if the rarely see her- slowly got up. She had never fallen so hard before, and fought the aches as her upper body muscles ache and she was not use to this. She stood. *Gods..* (as in the Olypmaian Gods and Goddess) *Being a ranger sucked.* She finally got up and looked around, on her guard this time.

Ava looked up as a voice approached and came near her. She looked up in time, watching the a streak from the sky fall down onto Jason, before she got a chance. There someone, who she thought was Jason, possibly was standing. She didn’t know she was just confused. Shaking her head, She stood going to him. “Jason? Are…are you okay? Please? ” she asked with a worried voiced.

Poor little naïve Ava…

She jumped back a little, taken. He had been the only one she had connected with in truth in the longest of her life, even if it was a sort while. He had laughed, but it was not a laugh she knew…or liked. “Jason please…snap out of it,” she called, her green crystal glowed as she approached him. She was scared but wouldn’t show it.

Brendan hated being given orders, but he did come here to fight one way or another. The fight was already going in their favor, and he didn't want it to end too quickly so he ignored the order to attack both the white and navy rangers. The white was a little preoccupied at the moment anyway. The Navy Ranger, on the other hand, was quite intent on keeping him from attacking the White Ranger.

As the Time Force ranger aimed his blaster at the Silver Psycho, Brendan responded by drawing his own weapon of choice. The Psycho Silverizer formed, gripped tightly in his left hand. The tip of the blade was pointed at the chest of his new opponent, the Navy Time Force Ranger. He didn't have time to get into his correct fighting stance, so his defense against the blasts was a little off. He did a quick flick of his wrist to perform a sweeping parry with the blade, which deflected three of the five blue bolts. One struck him in the right shoulder and the other landed right in his gut.

He stumbled back, doubling over partially. He kept the sword pointed at Ben despite recoiling from being hit. He rolled his shoulder and took a deep breath, finally getting into his fencing stance. He was turned to the side to minimize his target area in case more blaster shots came his way."Let's see how you like it!" Brendan shouted as he did a flurry of stabs into the air, each stab loosing a burst of energy aimed at Ben. The Psycho Silverizer was a sword and a blaster in one delectable package. Given that Ben probably didn't know this, he could be caught off guard by the energy blasts.

[Ben Bishop]

This guy's pretty good. I should have definitely fired more shots thought Ben after he watched the Psycho Ranger deflect 3 of his five laser bolts. The young ranger kept his Spacetime Defender on the evil silver ranger as he positioned his body to have his side in order to minimize the target area. When the silver Psycho Ranger shouted "Let's see how you like it!", he suddenly luanched a series of stabs that fired energy blasts at the young ranger. When the first twos blasts hit, sparks exploded off of his navy blue suit as he was sent to the ground and quickly rolled over to the left to avoid the other two blasts.

A sword that also acts as a gun. Need to be careful of that. Although, since he needs to make a stab motion to fire, I can definitely overwhelm him with the sheer number of blaster fire noted Ben right before he began to fire multiple laser bolts at a very rapid at his black and silver foe determined at the very least to get his foe on the defensive to limit the number of energy blasts fired at him

[callisto]

Callisto more watched then actually did something. She just got the creeps of Lord Zedd and his idiotic movements. And Rite just made her skin crawl thinking about having her the lead. So the first things first, get rid of Rita. That was one step closer to her own kingdom.

Callisto made a forwards flip over to rite pushing her boot into her face looking down at the green ranger. I don't like you.. so get lost before i hurt you. she warned and looked at Jason. The blonde rolled her eyes and kicked his stomach before heading off to the chaos.

She was walking slow paces, not moving too fast ahead of what she planned to do. Her brown eyes focussed on her only goal, Rita, Callisto just watched what she would do to her. Rita could hit, poke her with her stick and whatever.. not gonna work anyways.

Her smirk didn't leave her face as she hit everyone trying to get in her way. Soon we'll have a rainbow visiting our party. she said with a sarcastic tone and slammed an unknown civilian down who tried to hit her.

"Don't you even THINK of killing my wife, you addle-pated woman!" Lord Zedd's voice said shrilly as he turned to glare vehemently at Callisto, Rita and Zedd were technically the leaders of this operation, and Callisto was nothing more than a chaos-loving mercinary, killing for the hell of it. Why Callisto had to be in his squad and not Mesogog's group was beyond him, He would have her banished to the depths of space in a space dumpster the moment this battle was over; regardless of its outcome.

and if that wasn't enough, Rita Repulsa had just managed to turn Jason to the Dark side, all that was needed was to keep him fighting the other Rangers. with all this firepower, he simply unleashed a bolt of lightning from his Z Staff, targeting Ava in hopes of knocking her out quickly.

John could not help but laugh at all the chaos. First Jason had been struck down, Brendan and the Navy time force ranger began to fight. He also watched the white ranger began to try and fight the green ranger Kat. This was getting better and better. As he enjoyed the show however he was tripped up by the red ranger making himself angry. He quickly spun back onto his feet and saw the ranger just stand there. John just grinned and pulled out his blaster and just shot about five blasts at Leo.

"I wouldn't get cocky. No one is coming to help you!"

John then ran at Leo while he just stood there and flung his whip at Leo's neck. He was going to choke all of the hope and courage out of him. He wanted to hear him beg.

"Special powers not working without your friends! Well my powers are working just fine!"

John then jumped over Leo and launched his whip down while in mid air to hook it around his neck. If John could help it he would be over soon.

[chloe]

Chloe looked around the chaos of rangers coming by and soon saw ava. the goal she had was helping ava until Celia found athena and zeus. Aphrodite took over with a wink and threw love bolts at the bad guys, it would give some huge fun effects when they hit targets.

Aphrodite noticed callisto and made her way over to the greek goddess. callisto, we didn't send you off mount olympus for fun. it was a punishment, lets get you out of here now shall we? Aphrodite said as she made a love triangel in the sky sucking callisto up.

Callisto was sent to greece to enjoy her prison in the temple of Hestia. Aphrodite threw a love shiled around ava so whatever could hit her wouldn't touch her. hey walking skinless dork! no one touches the olympian family except ourselves! she called out and grabbed her blade.


No fun without a nice battle, and Aphrodite hates battles.

"S-Skinless!? You'd be the same way if YOU tried to steal the ZEO Crystal." Lord Zedd bellowed as he erected a forcefield to block oncoming love bolts sent his and Rita's way. the moment the forcefield disipated, Lord Zedd glanced at Chloe with utter hatred.

"Either way, I'll see to that addle-pated woman's punishment after I deal with you lot." Lord Zedd said in a sinister tone, holding what appeared to be a master crystal for something held by a certain ranger, and for the other crystals as well in his other hand, while he was charging a blast of lightning with the Z-Staff in his current hand.

"I do hope you can survive this little number..." Zedd chuckled as he pointed his pinky finger at chloe. The charged lightning, and the power of the master crystal in Zedd's other hand shot towards Ben Bishop, hoping to unleash a massive wave of chaos and despair that could knock even the titan powered Jason for a loop.

[jason]

He stood there the red ranger staring down at the green haired girl as she came towards him he raised the scythe but her words struck something Ava? he asked as an attack was sent at her he turned towards Zedd and blocked the attack with the scythe and closed his hand as time seemed to slow around him you should go Ava you are not a fighter his voice sounded cold but he was there as he sent a blast of energy straight at Zedd. He had attacked Ava that was enough as he swallowed the lump in his throat as he let time restart a small evil cackle going through him.

The golden powers had never felt this good when he had used them even now he relished in the power as he turned towards Zedd how about me and you settle an old skinless? something had changed in his voice where Jason had at one time been calm and level headed his voice now showed a coldness to it as he smiled under the helmet and sent a blast of dark energy at the man. The two had been enemies a long time and that much was clear as he heard Rita charge he blocked her staff and was bent backwards but knocked her back with a kick.

This would be the biggest battle that he had ever been in as he looked around he saw…friends yes friends fighting enemies and some friends who had become enemies. As he stared at them he frowned and tilted his head to the side for a moment where to go who to kill he mused allowed as he stood there his voice cold enough to send chills down anyone who heard it down their spine

[Ava Elizabeth]

Her helmet had flown off as she was sent flying at Jason’s feet. She looked up at him, her eyes were the purest of greens. Her hair whipped in the wind as she looked up, not really sure if what was happening around her was a dream, nightmare, or the truth. Her body was in pain but she found herself to stand, finally as shock arose out of her, “Jason…what are you doing?” she asked, looking at him. She felt herself being pulled back by minions, but did a back flip knocking them back into each other, so hard and disintegrate or whatever they did when they vanished.

Her helmet ended back on her now, as the voice of Demeter told her to fight. Who? Rangers where fighting rangers….she only knew two of the faces, well people here and they were Adian and Jason. She stood back, as she fought who she knew the enemy was. She began to fight with a another, a woman with an annoying voice, as she was thrown backwards, but the woman was simply to strong for Ava to fight alone…

She got thrown back again, almost into a tree, before a vine swooped her up safely putting her high in the tree, enough to where no one would take a second glance or even think. She watched the battle below. *Demeter, whats going on? Whats happening with Jason? What can I do to help?! “Watch Jason dear…hes in trouble…but help the others as well. Do what you were ment to do. Use your green power to fight the evil….you’ll know by your heart, and there own.” was the only reply she got. ”Well that’s helpful!” she muttered out loud. The tree shook and she fell off the branch she was on, but caught another flipping in the air to the ground. She had fallen right behind Jason, just in time to hear what he had said. The voice that spoke was not his and she froze.

[artemis]

artemis didn't know what to do. This psycho dude just kept attacking leo like they had met before. The orange fox ranger grabbed her whip and threw it at the red ranger, hitting the floor around his feet. Leo , you're nto alone in this, now be careful! she called out and got hit in her back by a knife. her ranger suit disappeared as blood gushed from her lower back.

Artemis screamed as she crawled over to some place safe but nowhere was safety. Soon she faced the weird woman Rita and grabbed her dagger from her boot pushing it up the woman's stomach , not fatal but bad enough for her to back off for a while.

Artemis closed her eyes and figured she would die soon enough herself. I'm sorry Killian. she whispered and knocked out.
