"Meeting the first shade of pink" (Kim and Aiden)

Aiden had been all over, The new gold Olympic ranger with the spirit of Apollo had been all over, He had met the white Olympian ranger Noah, The Green Olympian ranger Ava and the Navy Olympian ranger. He had met the carriers of the Hermes, Zeus and Demeter spirits and decided that it was time for a rest. He headed home and unpacked his travel bag and caught up with his mom and then decided to visit his favorite pizza joint Jungle Karma Pizza. As he got there in his gold basket ball shorts, White T-shirt, converse and Black and gold Zip up hoodie along with his ranger gauntlet.

Aiden looked around and found an empty table quickly and then walked up to the counter and ordered a pizza with extra cheese, onions and pineapples and then sat back down and just looked out of the window he was near and just smiled. He had done so much and was still so young. He just couldn't believe it. As his order was called he could just tell that today was going to be a great day, a new adventure.

As he sat down with his pizza and picked up a slice everything went white for a moment until a vision of the future began, he saw a beautiful brunette dressed in pink, not only that, he saw her move like a graceful crane. As the Vision ended he rubbed his temples to stop the headache and bit into his slice of pizza.

"Today is going to be interesting."

He said as he just waited for the future to unfold in front of him.

Kim had been out and about that day visiting the area. She had done some traveling when she had been busy. Keeping her head down she decided to go out for lunch after she finished the class and walked into a pizza joint that she had heard of. Jungle Karma Pizza. A small place that a few had said was good and walked inside and grabbed a soda and a slice of pizza thanking the waitress who wore yellow. Yes she knew that the rangers were around here but even she had never met them before she thought as she kept her head down.

She could feel someone’s eyes on her and she glanced up and saw someone there and sighed shaking her head and then sipped her soda and bit her lip. At least she had not been bothered when she had come here and instead she found a peaceful few days where she could teach and see where things would go otherwise. As she got her pizza she smiled thank you she told the waitress her brunette hair falling over her eyes as she took a bite enjoying the taste.

Very rarely she had enjoyed Pizza often she would spend most of her time enjoying healthier food due to what she had done lately though she had found herself enjoying different things but she had mostly stayed in the same shape that she had been most of her life usually going out on runs where she would take to the schools track and spend the morning and sometimes afternoons before she would head home. Due to almost making it to the Olympics she had found herself in high demand and enjoyed the career that she had built over the years. Realizing that someone still had their eyes on her she kept her head down and decided to ignore him.

Aiden just smiled while eating when he saw the pretty brunette walk in right on cue. His visions were never wrong althrough they would come true in weird ways sometime but this time it was direct. He just smiled and watched her order and sit and he quickly grabbed his pizza and walked over to her with a smile that showed respect and happiness. He did not know the name of this woman but his vision told him one important thing. She was a pink ranger.

"Excuse me miss, May I sit here with you? I would like to talk to you about something important. My name is Aiden Richards and I think..I know we are connected. I saw you coming, The Graceful Pink Crane. Your coming was shown to me and I think you could help me."

Aiden then pulled up a chair with a small smile and looked at her as a vision of Apollo entered his head and began to speak.

"This woman is very important Aiden. She has saved the world time and time again with the Ninjetti power. You show respect."

Aiden just nodded at what Apollo had told him and decided to move closer so he could whisper to the woman without being heard.

"I was shown your colorful job...Let's just say my life has been turned very golden recently. The gods have chosen a select few and I am one of them. Could you teach me stuff?"

Aiden then looked down at the table and took a bite of his pizza frowning hoping he wouldn't be turned away.

She had been about to get up when she heard someone’s voice and looked up. Sure enough it was the boy who had been staring at her the past twenty minutes or so and sighed. Doing the math in her head she realized if he was as young as he thought she was probably his crush or something. Taking a sip of her soda she paid and started to reach for her wallet when he decided to sit down. Keeping her head down she sighed and was about to ask him to leave when he started to speak about the pink crane and she looked at him surprise on her face.

The Olympians? Gods? Had he lost his mind the stress of being a ranger was there anymore and she wouldn’t have been surprised if some did break in the end “I am sorry but I am just teaching in the high school while the teacher is away she told him and moved away as soon as he started to get closer. She didn’t feel comfortable with him and it showed as he stood up slowly and paid the bill and gave a nice tip she turned and started to go outside.

She hated ever being rude and maybe he was a nice kid but that still bugged her as she pulled her pink hoodie up and walked down the alley and sighed. Maybe she would get home and ask Tommy about these rangers…there had to be some answer maybe it was just someone who was playing a prank or something she thought the stress had finally started to settle in with her and it showed in her eyes.

Aiden sighed as he heard the woman refuse him and then begin to run away from him after paying. He knew what he had told her was far fetched and normally he would keep it to himself but Apollo showed her to him for a reason. She was supposed to help him become better. She was going to teach him the ropes or at least he hoped so. He saw her run out and frowned and ran after her.

"Please miss I can prove I am not lying! I need your help..I am so new at this and i was told that you have been at this since the beginning. Please just give me a chance miss. I can introduce you to Apollo."

Aiden sighed and quickly took the girls hand and pulled her into an Ally they were passing. He wasn't usually so pushy but he needed serious help. He just pressed on the gold gem on his gauntlet and spoke aloud.

"Please Apollo show yourself so I can do what I need to."

A moment later the gem glowed bright and the spirit of Apollo appeared tall and strong. He did not speak but just looked at Kim and spoke into her mind.

"What the boy says is the Truth Mrs.Oliver. I have given him visions and other gifts. The other gods and I passed along special gems to certain teens so they may become what you affectionately call power rangers. I gave him the vision of you because you have been a fighter for good since the beginning. He needs training. I ask you to please guide this boy so he can protect the world along with the other chosen warriors."

Apollo then vanished and left Aiden standing alone with a pleading look. He didn't know what to do. All he knew was that he needed this woman's help.

This was all happening to fast for her and she was tempted to run away she thought but listened as a man appeared. Greek clothing she thought and paused as she closed her eyes and shook her head. Unbelievable she thought as she listened to the god. This one she could believe something just stared out of him that said he was a god and someone that she would have to listen about she paused I…have been busy I doubt that I would be of any help…there is a ranger team in this area… she offered at the moment believing that he had to be local.

It was not that she was not in the mood to help someone but she didn’t travel much. Maybe she would come around here some but she doubted it would be enough to help them. Closing her eyes she sighed and found a place to sit down at a table and shook her head we have been to loose for to long…even these travels I may have to stop if my job ends because of it I have no choice so I can’t keep traveling back and forth” she explained to him after a few moment and moved her hair from her eyes.

She hated to turn anyone away and it showed in her eyes. She was putting faith in people that she had never met and least of all felt comfortable with besides that they were power rangers which was at least something in her eyes she could trust them and that was the only reason she believed that they would be good enough along with Zordon having trusted them in the end. Shaking her head she bowed it hair falling over her eyes I really am sorry she said gently.

Aiden just scowled at the girl now. This was not going as it was supposed to or at least that's how he understood it. This infuriated him. He just looked at the woman but he understood where she was coming from. The rangers were spread and it was getting worse every passing day. He just returned the polite bow and sighed a sigh of frustration. He needed help. He even thought he had found it. He just inhaled through his nose and then looked back at the woman.

"I am sorry for bothering you miss. It's just that the other members of my team that I have met seem so ahead of me in terms of skills. I have met the holder of the Zeus, Demeter and Hermes spirits so far. We are all spread out right now until the others surface. The gods are choosing us so it's kind of luck of the draw. We have all found our crystals in different ways. I found mine in a yard sale. Demeter found hers in a nut, I don't know about the other two. All I know now is that the spirit of Artemis is going to surface soon. I can feel it because Apollo and Artemis were linked. My Apologizes but I never even asked your name.

Aiden then held out his hand softly smiling hoping to start over and make a friend. In this war he needed all the help he could get. The woman even though she refused him seemed very nice and genuine. Aiden could see why she was chosen as the first pink ranger ever. He just kept his smile trying to show that he held no hard feelings about her not being able to help him.

"Maybe I could show you around my town sometime? It is an awesome place when you get the lay of the land."
