The night was glowing and the sun shining as the natural red headed american walked on the irish roads. Her flaming red hair was shining bright in the sunlight and the irish people really didn't seem to think it was weird or different. no they were red themselves, most of them.
Hayley walked on the road to the park where she saw lots of children play and lots of people she would love to know more about. About their culture and their lifestyle. About how they manage to keep up the personality of ireland the way it was now in America.
All together she was a huge tourist in this place. Hayley looked around at the park and saw a little pond with ducklings and mother duck. Hayley quickly made her way over there not surprised ducks were ducks and they haven''t changed at all.
Hayley smiled and reached out a piece of bread from her bag to give it to the ducks and watched a little one taking it from her hand quickly eating it before the other ducks found out. Animals were so different from humans yet she saw one who wasnt that different at all.
A branch broke by her hand scaring the ducks away. I''m sorry little friends. she said softly and watched them sitting down on her butt.

Caitlyn made her way down the street. The past month had been interesting; well actually it was only interesting when she had been visiting over in the states, where she was born. It had been so many years since she had been there. The battle with Vince had driven her enough to come back here for awhile, as it was nothing she as use to. Coming to here to Ireland when she was about two years old, she felt out of place, yet at home. Her amber hair danced lightly off her shoulders as she walked in thought of her past. Shrugging to herself, she walked by people, she saw every day.
“Hey Caitlyn! How are you today?” A passerby asked waving to her. “Very well thanks!” she replied waving back, their accents showing –his more than hers. Caitlyn got around much, even if she was quiet, well that was before all the ranger stuff happened. She sighed silently, unlike her sister, who embraced the ranger inside her; Cait denounced it if she could. Sure at the time of fighting with Vince overseas was exhilarating, but after a few hours, she thought she was going to break down, the fear had silenced but returned. This was not what a ranger was about, was it?
She only wished she could talk to someone who could help. Sure Lewis and the other Irish rangers had leveled with her, and in front of them, she hid it. No she would get through this, she would just get over it and face the music of this being a part of her now.
She sighed again and looked around, stopping right in the middle of Durbin. Here was St. Stephen's Green. She smiled a perfect place to think. She noticed a bright red-headed girl sitting by the lake. Though most here, unlike her and her sister and a few others, had red hair, she knew this girl was different. Cat knew pretty much all of the people who lived here and had never seen her before. Curious she made her way over. “Hey mind if I join you?” she asked, her slight accent breaking through just a bit to where it mixed with her American one.
