Terra Venture, The space home of the Galaxy rangers and colony to a bunch of humans. This was The Doctors next destination. As he flew through space in his small looking space shipped he named Tardis he just sat and thought. He had lived for so long and had seen so much. He knew so much but not everything. The doctor truly hoped he could help these people, The people who felt that they had to run from their own world. This was a shame, The Doctor knew what that felt like. As he approached the colony he stood and pulled out his sonic screwdriver and began to calibrate it and then pointed it toward the window facing the colony. He then pressed a button causing the colonies shield to go down.
The Doctor then flew through the entrance and put the shield back up so no other unknowns could enter. He then continued to fly to find somewhere to hide his ship. He flew for only a few moments until he found a big alley where his ship would fit. He gently landed and stepped out of his ship and snapped his fingers causing the doors to shut and causing the ship to turn invisible.
He then whistled for a moment and held up his sonic screwdriver to his lips and began to use it as a microphone after honing in on the communication lines of the rangers which were isolated.
"Calling the rangers! You have a house call!"
The Doctor then laughed and spun around in his blue suit and converse shoes and brown trench coat and pointed up toward the sky with Joy. For once he was actually where he wanted to be and where he needed to be.
Rangers, The doctor is in! Be good chaps and come say hello!"

Leo jogged down the familiar path on Terra Venture. Wow. I really missed this place, he thought to himself. Terra Venture had really become like a family, especially him and the other Rangers. And that was something that meant a lot to Leo. He'd do anything for the colony and had done anything for the colony. After a few minutes, he slowed down and tried to catch his breath. Just then, his communicator chirped and Leo looked around furtively. Once he was sure he was alone, he touched his communicator. However, before he could say anything, he heard a voice over his communicator, calling the Rangers saying that "the doctor" was in and that they should come and say hello. Who is this guy? he wondered. He didn't know anyone called themselves "the doctor". Could it be a trick of Trakeena's or one of the other Angel Grove villains?
Leo's eyes clouded. He had to check this out. He had to make sure that this guy wasn't s threat to his team. Once he was sure about this guy, he'd fill in the others. He wasn't sure how the man had found their communications frequency and it concerned him. I need to figure this out. I can't let anything happen to my team, he mused. As the Red Ranger, it was his duty to look out for his team, Terra Venture, and Angel Grove. It was a duty he took seriously. Nodding as he made a decision, he headed out, hoping that he'd be able to get some answers.

The doctor smiled and spun on his heels happily. He knew the rangers had gotten his message. He knew that he would have to explain himself once the rangers approached him. He just stood and waited as he looked around watched all the people run around having a dandy old time. The Doctor then saw something that made his heart sink. He saw a sweet old couple cuddled together as what seemed to be their grand kids played. The doctor took a long time to age so he had a hard time finding love. So he was stuck being alone with only the thought of Rose. As the doctor watched he caught of a man in red running toward him and clapped his hands together.
"Fantastic! Ello there. I'm the Doctor. I have come to help with the whole big buggered situation you have found yourself in with all these baddies. Though this is not the place. Shall we talk in private?"
As the doctor spoke he let his adopted British accent out with a smile as he pointed toward where he had his blue ship Tardis parked. He then snapped his fingers and reached into his coat and pulled out his sonic screwdriver.
"Handy little gadget, doesn't kill doesn't maim doesn't wound. I'll tell ya what it does do. It is very good for opening doors, fixing machinery, interception communications and the lot. I call it my Sonic Screwdriver."
He then pointed it in the direction he had parked Tardis and the cloak vanished showing the smallish looking ship. He then smiled and walked toward it.
"So what's your name Lad? I am guessing your the leader? Being you came here all alone? Well I reiderate, I'm the doctor. I'm from Galifrey. Shall we have a little chat?"
When the Doctor reached Tardis he snapped his fingers causing the door to open revealing the big structor within.
"Humans first."

As Leo came closer, he saw a man waiting for him. He checked to make sure his Morpher was fastened tightly and then continued approaching. The man greeted him, saying that he was there to help with the influx of villains, but that this wasn't the right place and that they needed to talk in private. "Yeah, that's fine," Leo agreed. I don't know this guy. He just shows up out of nowhere. What if he's working for Trakeena? he wondered. He followed the man who pulled out a circular object. Leo's eyes widened and he had to fight the urge to take a defensive stance. The man went on to say that it was a handy gadget that was handy for many things, though it didn't do any physical damage to a person.
Leo watched as the man pointed the device of a large box, which then revealed a small ship. Whoa. That's...pretty cool, he thought. However, he just kept his mouth shut. He was pretty good at reading people, but like with Amelia, there was something off-putting about this guy. He'd have to be careful around this guy until he could figure him out. The man asked Leo his name and that he was probably the leader since he came all alone. He then introduced himself as "the doctor" and was from a place called "Galifrey". "I'm Kevin," he introduced himself. He needed to see who this this guy was first. "Humans first," the man said. The Red Ranger shook his head slightly. "You first. I don't know you and I don't turn my back on people I don't know," Leo responded.

The Doctor just shrugged and stepped inside Tardis with a smile revealing the large compartment that lie within. A large circular console with nobs and levers and switches and screens and a Piano looking keyboard and smiled and spins over to it happily. He then pulled a couple levers and then cleared his throat and turned to face Leo with a calm face while fixing his trench coat.
"This is my Ship. I call her Tardis. I built her myself, She's my baby. Anyway, Please show picture of Galefrey."
As of hearing the command a giant hologram of a futuristic city popped up out of the tube in the middle of the console. It was a giant city covered by a glass dome with a giant tower in the middle with a clock face on it. On the outside of the city were flying ships.
"This is Galefrey, People who live here age slower then some of the other races of the universe including you humans. I am actually 100 years old. I first came here during the earths 60's. While I was roaming around the UK I meant a girl named Rose Reid. She gave me a Civilian name. Spencer Mathew Reid."
The Doctor then turned his back to Leo and began pressing switches again until a lightning bolt appeared in the tube and he turned his back to it again.
"few questions, question one, Is this a planet a threat to some planets. Answer no. Question two, Is the Earth in danger?"
In response, Images of the many Villains that the Earth has faced such as Lord Zedd, Rita, The Psycho Rangers, Xandred and Astronama appeared in hologram form along with the many others.
"One more question just one, Is this world protected?"
In response, The images of every ranger appeared one after another in hologram form. Once that was done the Mentor's came next ending with Zordon. As Zordon's face floated in front of Leo The Doctor walked through it making it vanish.
"All of the other groups have someone to help and guide them. Your team does what I do. Travel through the stars. I am here to help you. Consider me your Zordon."
He then smiled gently for a moment and then got a quick thinking face and snapped his fingers.
"I only have two rules. One, No food in Tardis. Rule two, no taking my sonic screwdriver without asking. I am one of the good guys."
He then got a slightly upset look as a thought crossed his mind. The legend of his people that stated that if they said their birth names outside of Galefrey they would age rapidly.
"Oh and before I forget, Just so you know the reason I go by the doctor is because a legend my people have. If we say our birth names outside of Galefrey we might begin to age rapidly. So I made myself forget my real name just to be safe. So Lad, Shall we get to work?"

Leo followed the man into the ship and looked around with a critical eye. He wasn't sure if they'd ever need to know the layout of the ship in the future, but why not get it while he could?
Then he realized that the computer was showing him a different planet that he had never heard of it, which the man called Galefrey. The man continued to ask questions of the computer, pertaining to the Rangers, and Leo watched as image after image was shown. How in the world did this guy get all of this information? Leo wondered. What kind of technology did he have?
When the images finally faded, Leo turned back to the man who snapped his fingers and quickly told him that he went by "The Doctor" because of a legend stating that if someone outside of his homeworld said his birth name, he would age rapidly. "Hmm," Leo mused. He looked at the man when he asked if they should get to work. "How'd you learn all of this?" he wondered.

The doctor just smiled at the red ranger and leaned against the console. It was wise to get to know a person before trusting them. He looked the man in his eyes and thought about how to word his explanation. He just looked down for a moment as he thought of Rose and then looked back up slowly remembering that he could very well be the last Galefreyin.
"I know all of this because I watched it all happen. I have been watching your planet since the 60,s. I saw it all. The power coins, ninjor, Astronama, trakina and so on. I watched it all. I did not act because I wanted to learn. I became impressed so I decided to step in when the bad revival happened. I want to make sure that what happened on Galefrey does not happen here. I might be the last of my people. I am unsure. In truth I am afraid to look. I learned from watching."
The doctor then just looked down and wiped his hand across his face slowly in sad frustration. He had felt so guilty, had been running for so long. He should have stayed so that when his people needed him he was there and now he was most likely the last one. He hoped he was wrong.
"I swear to you...I won't let you down like I did them..I won't let the same thing happen twice.."
The Doctors face then grew cold as he just slightly looked down. The Jolly alien for the first time in decades was showing grief and guilt.

Leo listened as the man explained that he had been watching Earth since the sixties and had wanted to learn all he could so he just observed them. Wow. That's a long time to be doing recon, he thought to himself. The doctor went on saying that he had seen everything that had happened, mentioning things that had happened to past Ranger teams as well as Trakeena.
Leo's mind was racing. So far this guy sounded like he was on the up and up. However, trust had to be earned...especially in their line of work. He listened as the man stated that he wouldn't let the Rangers down like he had his own men and the Red Ranger could see the sadness on the other man's face. "Well, I'm not sure what happened with your friends, but I'm sure you did all you could," he said, looking at the man in the eyes. I'll have to talk to the rest of my team about you, and then get back to you," he told him.
