James when in his normal form is rather timid and passive, electing to fight to protect the timestream of the rangerverse from Lord Zedd's tyranny, as the SPD Omega Ranger's Future forme, it is known by all villains that James Balfour Celesta is a force to be reconed with and the sheer irony of mistaken Identity between Sam and James is comical to an extent[/left][/size]

Overview: James Balfour Celesta has a rather easy-going and relaxed personality, he is often aloof when it comes to things, but can easily overcome this with the chance to defeat a foe that is a threat to time itself, while not overly aggressive, he tends to talk on a biased terms basis and refuses to let it drag him or anyone else down.

when fighting in his ranger forme, his personality remains the same, it is just that he plainly refuses to let evil get away scott free when he deliveres the blow to end the fight. utter enmity towards Lord Zedd is duly noted and can even be mutual alongside the other Power Rangers.[/left][/size]

Overview: James was born to unknown parents, Both of whom were well respected members of the SPD force from an alternate timeframe. They were kind and caring even as James knew them for, and felt the mutual respect towards the history of the power rangers for stoping evils like Lothor and Mesogog, this much was certain, for James had inherited a very special power shortly after he reached 10 years of age; The powers that made the past W Rangers so unique, along with a few suprizes of his own.

Back to the present, at the start of the Future W Ranger's expedition, James had reached 20 years in age and was a well respected officer. He had gone on many missions to realms rife with problems, defeating foes and hardend criminals alike with determination alone, one criminal, before he was sealed away, warned all of SPD that a great reconing will occur on Phaedos, and James was sent to investigate the the area. When he got there, he found to his horror that the planet had sustained damage from an attack and its guardian of the Ninjetti powers, slain; he searched to no avail for the culprit, but as his foe had cleverly covered his tracks, James had begun to grow worried that he might be unable to capture him as he did with others, he returned to SPD HQ and gave his report, then began to interrogate the villain he caught prior to returning from Phaedos, the villain said that someone who was turned into a human by Zordon's Purifying energy wave, had been turned back to the side of evil through the power of something called the Time Crystal, and was seen only on a planet that was used for mining materials and ore, the moment he blurted that out, James then went to the mining planet.

James arrived on the planet, and found that it was teeming with evil, his quest to bag the mark of the century was not easy... it proved to be very difficult as there were hoards of enemy footsoldiers in vast quantities, that and he also found himself facing the culprit which was in a Zord. he managed to defeat the troops and find his way into the zord, where he found the Time Crystal. Drawing his sword, he thought to destroy the crystal, but was blocked from doing so by the one person James never expected; Lord Zedd.

Durring a breif scuffle in which James merely broke several pieces of the Time Crystal, Zedd opene a portal and flung James into the Hall of Legends, cursing him as he did so. James Balfour Celesta has been tracking Zedd's movements ever since the incidentputting out the call to arms for the rest of the Power Rangers so they would be ready for the war against evil.
