Serena unlike her sister is both calm and sweet in many ways she was trained most of her life to take the role of the yellow samurai. When the illness hit she was forced to give the role to her sister. Even though she does not admit it she wishes she could have kept the power allowing her sister to have a normal life. A sweet and kind soul she has no problem helping those that she cares about and is quite interesting and fun to be around.

Even though she would beat the illness that she was dealt she knows it could come back. Using the time that she had she was able to heal her body and get back into shape. As she was pulled into the past by Zordon she found herself given a new morpher and powers which she has taken back with her thanks to her father having made one when he noticed she was determined to help she has now taken on the powers of the black ranger

Overview: Serena was born the first of two children when she was little her training would start with her mother. The former yellow ranger would train Serena hard as they had trained her before. It would quickly become her life where she would spend very little time not home schooled or while training she never spent much time with her sister. She looked forward to meeting the others until she would fall ill learning that it was cancer she would start treatments and give her powers to her sister who needed it. Spending the next few months in treatment she would find herself weak at times and exhausted but determined to get out.
Once her treatments were over she was in remission and glad deciding to start training again she would get her body to be stronger though she still lags behind. When she was ready her father presented her with a new samurai morpher which he had kept stored in case their mother was needed again. With the blessing of her parents she thanked them as she was pulled into the past to where her team now waits for her. she is ready to do whatever it may take to win…and looks forward to seeing her sister.

Born into a family of two samurai rangers she has known that she was expected to handle things with pride and not let people down. this caused her to have some depression as she realized she had let those who counted on her down. now as time has passé she hopes to regain what she had and take her place among the other rangers where she belongs…not take her powers back but to lighten her sisters load.
