Lord Zedd is by far the most sinister of the bunch of villains, and has the attitude to prove it, His skin os a burnt burgandy and is apparently muscular, parts of his body are covered on metal, and two tubes can be seen extending from his body to his arms. the reason he looks like this was due to his trying to take the ZEO Crystal.

Personality:

Lord Zedd has a cold and calculating personality, and it goes without saying that anyone who have seen him in person can easily feel intimidated by his presence with Dai Shi being the exception to this rule. His presence often inspires fear in his enemies and his minions, and is the greatest Villain ever seen by the power rangers thus far.

For reasons that only Zedd himself knows, he has personally found love in the time he attempted to defeat the rangers, and at one point, tried to make Kimberly his queen, and was shocked to find out that Kimberly had impersonated Rita Repulsa much to his dismay, marking her as his enemy for life. He also tried to capture Tommy Oliver at one point in order to make him his successor, only to be beaten to the punch by Zordon, marking Tommy as his sworn enemy, it was only then that he fell in love with Rita Repulsa and got married, incurring the insults of Master Vile in the process.

As with most Villains, Zedd is ruthless in his attacks on the Power Rangers, only his were more deadlier than the last, this was further explained through the use of the zord Serpentera in an attempt to destroy the red dragon thunderzord, and being the first of many villains to fight against the Power Rangers exclusively, namely a one-on-one battle against Tommy Oliver.

Lord Zedd is the self proclaimed 'Emperor of Evil', and an evil to the core galactic overlord, he has conquerd countless galaxies prior to events that start MMS1 and left the conquest of earth to Rita Repulsa and his faithfu minion; Goldar while he conquered the Vica Galaxy single-handedly. Upon his return in MMS2, He grew frustrated and infuriated at the countless defeats Rita had incured at the hands of the Power Rangers. taking immediate action, Zedd striped her of her powers, shrunk her, and sealed her in a space dumpster flinging it into the depths of space, Zedd then turned to taking out the Power Rangers himself by sending powerful monsters to fight them.

Zedd quickly realized that the rangers were no push overs, hoping to nip the battle in the bud, Zedd removed Tommy Olivers remaining reserves of power as the Green Ranger and created an evil group of Power Rangers, Hoping to Take Tommy Oliver as his successor He attempted to capture him, only to be beaten to the punch by Zordon. He somehow also seemed interested in making Kimberly his queen due to her good looks and tenacity; and sent Goldar to capture, Brainwash, and train her to be so, only to realise much too late that Kimberly was doing an impression of Rita Repulsa while buying time for the rangers to rescue her when he realised the magic dust failed to work, thus he has hated Kimberly ever since this event.

Some time after Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd got married -during which Lord Zedd suffered through Master Vile's taunts and insults- Zedd ordered Goldar and Rito Revoltoto steal the ZEO Crystal and destroy the Power Rangers Command Center, durring the ensuing chaos, both his minions succeded in blowing up the base of operations but lost the ZEO Crystal in the ruins and the Machine Empire took over earth's conquest, only to be thwarted by the rangers themselves, Zedd, and Rita, and utterly blown up by a bomb cunningly disguised as a present sent by Both Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa at the end of it.

After Events in PRIS, Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa had been turned into normal human beings due to the love they had for each other. Lord Zedd at that time was an accomplished archeologist and Rita Repulsa had become the mentor for the Mystic Force Rangers{now Known as the Mystic Mother}, Zedd wondered what his past life was like and upon unearthing a set of Time Crystals, felt surges of mysterious power surging from within them that made him worried. The moment he felt them, he hid one of them for his own use, gave one to his wife, and gave an ominous revelation:

"One day; Good and evil from the Past, Present And Future will clash, with unexpected concequences on both sides."

and left, realising that this grim revelation would soon come horrifyingly true.

Now it is 2004 and Mesogog was getting desperate, in a bid to destroy the Power Rangers, Mesogog created a machine that immediately reacted to the Time crystal in Lord Zedd's posession, bringing the Galactic Overlord Back to the Side of Evil, Rita Repulsa and others soon followed, and the seal of Space and time had been shattered, Now that Zedd was Back to his original state since before being turned into a human after Zordon's demise, he immediately takes over the operation and has made several improvements in his forces, and has created the titan gems, Now he leads an assault on the Power Rangers in earnest, hoping to defeat his sworn enemies once and for all.
