He chuckled happily at her enjoyment of picking the price. Such odd things the times have made. A stuffed elephant of all things. He watched with a smile as she looked and then lead him over to another game. As she explained it he gave a grin. He had played a much older version than this before in his own time. " I think I get it. It is similar to a rock splitting game I played before. Hit a spike with a big hammer. If you split the rock on the first try you win the main prize and bragging rights. " He looked around for the hammer.
He flexed his hands before taking the hammer into his hands. Testing it's weight first. Decent enough he supposed. For a kids came it wasn't what he was used to so not as much force as he was used too need be applied. He then studied the target of the hammer for a moment. " Alright then, whenever you say go i'll swing. Go ahead and pick out the prize you want. " He turned so that his left shoulder faced the striker. The hammer angled down to his right foot as both hands held it loosely. All he needed was her word and he would swing.

Artemis tried not to laugh too hard at his comment about bragging rights and rock splitting. He could brag all the way to her home once they had all the games she thought were fun. Artemis held her elephant close while looking around for a prize. It was weird how sure he was about himself and she was the complete opposite of that.
Artemis could be considered tough and amazing but she thought different about those opinions than anyone else could try to think. The red head pointed at the two hugging teddy bears and nodded at the man who owned the stand while he grabbed it and placed it on the table.
Artemis looked at Killian and smiled kissing his cheek. you go get them. she smiled and watched while he would strike and win the game again, he was so much stronger than people knew. Because probably no one knew him, maybe Callisto did but that was a bad influence on Killian.
No Artemis wanted him to be the way he was now, sweet, kind and funny. Her blue eyes looked at the giant clumsy hammer but what was the perfect size for Killian and just happily watched.

Her smile was dazzling. He was very much liking this girl more and more. When she picked out two bears hugging he chuckled softly. He smiled at the kiss to his cheek and he nodded. A slow and deep breath in and out. Then followed by a half breath as he swung the hammer. It came straight up from it's position and he turned his body so that the right shoulder faced the striker. All of this was a single fluid motion as the hammer came down. His right hand adding the extra down force needed for this strike. The hammer hit the striker and he let out his breath.
A thud and click from hammer and striker. The gliding sound of the piece inside that was launched upwards from the strike. The bell rang a second later as he stood with the hammer in one hand. That was faster than he had wanted. " Still too much. But oh well at least I didn't break it. " He looked to her as he set the hammer down in a holding rack and stepped over to her. " Well now what else can I win for you? "

Artemis happily looked at Killian, he was so gonna kick the asses of the bragging people around here. She was so gonna give him bragging rights and he probably knew she would, and even if she didn’t he would claim them. Artemis smiled at that thought and watched him slam the hammer on the striker. Hopping up and down happily she smiled claiming the bears to herself.
Her eyes looking around for more games and she found Camel run! She walked over there and looked at Killian. you place a bet on one of those camels you think will win the race and win a lot of money or a big prize by your choice. she said with a smile and grabbed a few bucks. soo which one is it gonna be? she asked and looked at Killian.

He smiled as she picked up the bears. He walked with her as he wondered what she would have in store next. Though the next game she picked was...more chance and and guess work. This was more of a challenge and this could go either way. He shrugged as she explained it to him. He licked his lips and gave a light sigh as he looked over to her." This one may not be as easy. But lets see what we have to work with. " He rubbed his pointer finger and thumb together slowly as he looked at the available camels. He might have to influence it a little. Though he kept being drawn to the third one in the line up.
He nodded then and let a soft smile play out. His eyes watched the person behind the booth for a reaction. To see if what his reaction would be to the choice made. " Lets go for the third one. I have an odd feeling about that one. "

Artemis somehow knew he wasn't ever going to win this, unless he possessed of some magical thing. none the less she kept watching as she saw his face. She laughed and gave him the panda to hold onto. this is pure gambling, no one ever won this. she chuckled and smiled knowing this round he would lose, she was sure of it.
No one ever won this because this was just a cheating man behind a game. Though Killian wanted to go for number 3. Artemis grabbed a few bucks and smiled. ten dollars on number three. she said and chuckled as the camels started to '' run ''.
Artemis saw something odd about the man but shrugged it off holding one arm around Killians. As a girlfriend she could do that right?

He smiled and nodded to her. He watched the bet made and read the reaction of the man. A gambling game indeed. The game was rigged and the fact three was the one designed to win this time around was given clearly to him. How the man rigged it he didn't know but he watched the camels ' run ' and the well hidden frustration of the man running the game. But there was always the chance he was wrong. He looked over to her and smiled as she slipped her arm around his and he pulled her close in response. He continued to rub his pointer finger and thumb together, letting a small trace of magic influence the game to make it at least fair.

Artemis watched the camels as she was pulled closer to killian she rested her head against his shoulder. This would be a game lost for Killian and she didn't mind, after all , its just a game. Artemis smiled as her eyes moved to Killians fingers, she wondered why he did that but didn't thought anything suspicious. The Camels were almost done running and three did had a good shot. If Killian won this they'd get lots of money from the other people.
he's almost there! she squealed.

He continued to move his fingers as he was. Right up to the point it would do no good. When that happened he stopped and simply watched. He laughed softly at reaction she was having. " Almost indeed. Never too good at games of chance but we seem to be in good at the moment. Lets just hope we win so i can keep getting you those big prizes. " He leaned down and kissed her cheek softly before turning back to watch the final stretches of the little game. He did hope they won this but he wouldn't mind if they lost. A game is only a game.
" Any idea on what you want to try after this one? " He smiled softly as he waited for her answer and the end of the game.

Artemis watched with jaw dropped jaw as the camel actually won. She never saw anyone win.. it was basically just two at once so no winner, and that way people lost their money. Artemis watched the money being brought to Killian and her and yet she still had no answer.
Trying to find her ways back to actually talk she held onto tight to the two bears. [color=orange ehh well there is a game of shooting balls in rings, one smaller then another and well.. you kinda try to shoot as much as possible in a certain time and collect coins, and from those coins you can buy something. [/color]
Artemis still didn't know what to say about the game they just won. It was a huge impossible thing to do yet possible to Killian.

He smiled as their chosen camel actually won. He had influenced it just enough to make it an even game for once. It was a shame games like this had to be rigged so people couldn't win. But that was life after all. He looked to her with a smile and handed her the winnings and let her choose the prize she wanted. Then he gave a nod to her at the game she mentioned for the next round. He was having a wonderful time with her.

Artemis paid for 5 minutes and gestured him to the balls and the rings. She was having a wonderful day today, without that tablet she would be photographing birds which seemed like totally dull compared to hanging out with Killian.
Artemis gave a sweet smile and looked at the other people here. let's see what you can do here. she smiled wih a chuckle and sat down hoping Killian would have fun.

He chuckled softly and gave a nod. This should be interesting. He studied the rings and the balls. With a deep slow breath he began to shoot the balls. Clearing all but one with ease. When he missed the last he shook his head and sighed. " Missed that one. Misjudged a little there. So how did I do otherwise? " He looked over to her with a half grin.

Artemis watched as she thought of how he would do this game. It wasn't really old yet not the youngest game played by mankind. artemis happily hopped around and watched him play missing the last shot.
the red haired girl moved her way to the coin basket and collected all the coins from every point made. not too bad, not bad at all. let's go exhange them. she said with a smile and made her way to the counter. She looked around for what she could get and saw a very tough necklace.
that one pleae. she said pointing at the necklace and gave the man the coins for it. She turned to Killian and handed him the necklace. this is for you. After all we are here together not just for me.

He chuckled and walked with her. When she told him it wasn't bad he nodded and watched her look over the available prizes. He had missed that last shot by mistake. Although if he won everything it would make him look suspicious to the others and somewhat too good to others. So all in all it was a good thing he missed. When she picked a rather tough looking necklace he arched a brow at that and then leaned down some for her to put it on. He wasn't going to argue with her at all. And the necklace at least came from her and looked rather nice.
" I'm glad your having such a good time. Thank you for the necklace. I'll wear it always. " He stood up and tapped her nose playfully with a half grin. Such a lovely young woman. " Alright then my lady, what shall we do next? "
