artemis smiled putting the necklace around his neck closing the lock watching how it looked on him. It made him more handsome and she was sure not complaining. Her smile was big and his words made her happy.
I'm having a wonderful time though i am thirsty a bit. Glad you like the necklace, it looks very good on you. she answered and smiled happily looking at a small bar across the street.
wanna grab a drink? I don't know what they drank in your time though. she said with a blush.

He read her reactions well enough. Although no one could read a woman completely. He saw how she looked at him and he leaned in and gave her a soft kiss. He nodded softly at her mentioning she was thirsty. " Water, ale, mead, milk if you were lucky. That was about it until wine was made. Although i'm sure as the times changed more things came around. But now that you mention it a drink would be welcomed. " He looked around and saw the bar she had indicated and offered his arm to escort her to the place for a drink.

Artemis sure never heard of his time, it was old and she sure would ask killian a lot aout it. He so far has been the nicest guy around and she thought she even agreed to marry him , that she wasn't sure about because she didn't really knew their habits but she sure didnt complain.
Artemis received a kiss from him and her whole eyes brightened up. not knowing what to say she just listened to his sum of drinks. whoa, ehh well milk is like the cheapest drink beside water , but i'm sure you'll like soda or juice. she said with a small giggle taking his arm walking with killian to the bar.
Opening the door she looked around and made her way to the bar. this is the menu, you can choose a drink from it. she smiled and gave him the menu. Artemis herself looked at it and figured some vanilla coke would do for now, since she really needed some sugar to survive the rest of the day.

He chuckled lightly as he walked. Things were different alright and he enjoyed the change. The darkness in him was stirring with this new time. With the information that was coming in from his re awakening was fueling him. Such a great oppurtunity for him to began taking over. He shook his head to clear his thoughts as they entered the little bar and he arched a brow looking over this ' menu ' as she called it. " To be honest I wouldn't know where to begin. "
After a slow look over he shrugged and found something that sounded interesting. " I think i'll try the Dr. Pepper with cherry. " He gave her a soft smile. He had to find something soon so that she wouldn't have to take care of him like this. He had his skills but finding a place to use them was something else.

artemis smiled and nodded. one dr. pepper with cherry as well please. she said placing the money on the counter. Hell she was rich, what would she care. The girl had enough money to buy the world so to speak, she owned the huge manor in Russia and she lived in a cute apartment here in angel grove.
Artemis didn''t had too less or too much. when we go to my place i sure hope you don''t mind sharing a bed to sleep in. its either share or the couch. she chuckled. Artemis grabbed both cans and gave the one for Killian to Killian.
you flip it like this. she said as she flipped the can open from the top and took a sip of the cold liquid with a smile.

He smiled softly as he watched. He looked the money over slowly once more. Having seen her paying with it enough. That was today's method of payment? No longer gold or silver or jewels. Not even trade but this, odd coin and flimsy looking green parchment. He sighed softly and took the can once she was handed the drinks and gave a light smile. " Sharing a bed is common enough. But are you sure of that? So soon in knowing each other and taking such a big risk like that is something else entirely. " He smiled as he opened the can as she showed him. Hearing the pop and soft hiss of the compressed air in it escape. He turned it in his hands for a moment before taking a slow and short taste.
He let the contents sit on his tongue for a moment before swallowing. The cold sweet and strong taste followed by the hint of cherry flavoring washed over his tongue. He raised his eyebrows at it and then took a larger drink. emptying half the fan in two swallows. Feeling the light burning like sensation from the drink. But the flavor and crispness was wonderful. He lowered the can and covered a belch that suddenly worked itself up and he smiled. " Wow this is pretty good. And this is only one of many types and flavors available? " He looked at her happily and leaned in then kissed her softly on the cheek. Did she know what she was doing? The time he came from if a woman asked to share her bed then it went further than just sleeping in the same bed.

artemis couldn't help but smile at how killian was here. Se never met someone that special and soon his words made her blush. ooooh, I'm so sorry! she said placing her hand in front of her mouth. She totally forgot he had other habits out there then her.
Artemis shook her head and could hit herself against the wall. i just meant sleeping , not that kind of sport. she said with a blush.
yeah tons.. i'll buy you some on the way home though you'll get fat if you drink too much and don't exorcise. she chuckled and smiled friendly still having the red blushed cheeks.

He smiled softly and caressed her with a light smile before finishing the drink. He found a trash bin since he had noticed from others doing this. He dropped the can and returned his eyes to hers. " Well then that makes things easier. I will be able to control myself then. And it would be a right pleasure to simply share a bed with someone as lovely as you. " He gave her a tender kiss and sighed with a nod. With some time now to think and explore with a wonderful guide as her gave him a good bit of information.
" Now then my lovely, what shall we do? so much still to see, to do. I have the best company and guide there is and I want to enjoy every little thing possible with you. " He shrugged lightly and nodded. " Aye, over indulging in things without proper work to follow up tends to weaken the body. It would be good to find a place to train, get rid of this rust I have from having been locked away for so long. "

Artemis thought of other places he could see, yet they had so much time and one day would never be enough, they needed rest though. His respond made her heart beat less fast as it did cause of stupidity and fear, and it had now its usual beat which she liked it to have.
Giving him a kiss as well she chuckled. oh yes, we are going to some place fabulous. Its called the supermarket. she said with a wink and held out her hand for him to take as the supermarket was only on the other side of the street.
there is a gym close to my apartment, and i have some tools at home to keep my own body in shape. Just in case. she said with a wink and loved to see reactions of Killian there.

He smiled softly and kissed her hand when she offered it. He held her hand lovingly with and walked with her. He was enjoying this greatly. He wondered what wonders was yet to actually see. A supermarket...must be something that replaced the normal markets from his time. This would be fun. But the last bit confused him a bit. " Gym? what is that? And what kind of tools do you use to work on your body? " He looked at her with a confused smile as he let his thumb caress her hand as they walked.

Artemis smiled at Killian and guided him to the wonders they called a supermarket. Killian probably didn't know about it seeing his curious looks so now and then. It was something Artemis had no trouble getting used to.
The young red head nodded and laughed a bit. a gym is a building where you train your body. like lifting weights or they help you regaining yoru strength after you became sick or injured. i do yoga there, its practically making your body very flexible. she said and smiled friendly.
She should definitely take him to a gym one day.
her eyes spotted a supermarket and a smile appeared on Artemis's lips. here we are. Come, you'll love it. she said with a smile and walked in taking a cart.
Artemis first walked over to the fruit and vegetables.

Walking with her was calming. He also learned a great deal from her talking about the places around them. Hearing her explain what a gym was he thought on it several moments before getting the idea. they had things that one could use to build strength and the like. Then she said the thing about yoga. He didn't know what it was but hearing what it could do to the body he gave her a look that would make her turn as read as a cherry. " Sounds like making your body that flexible can come in very handy for....many situations. "
When they entered the building he looked around. He took in the cool air and then the several scents that came. Looking around for a moment before following her. She pushed something that looked like a large basket on wheels. A shopping cart if what he felt was correct. Then they stopped near the fruits and vegetables. He looked and smiled. A lot of these he knew and some he did not. His mouth tingled in the back as he saw what was there. " You'll have to tell me how much to get. There are plenty here that I know and enjoy. The red and green tomatoes, the yellow squash, carrots, potatoes, large onions and green onions. Then there are the green apples, bananas, strawberries and cherries. So much here that...." He looked to her with a smile and a questioning look. " If you would get what I need to cook with....i could make you dinner tonight. I'll need to know how you cook with the way things have advanced and all. "

Artemis smirked while grabbing some tomatoes and Potatoes. Looking at killian shefound out her comment made some odd thoughts come up. With bright red cheeks she coughed. eh yes, indeed. she coughed and smiled shaking her head with a ligh chuckle.
Artemis grabbed also some strawberries, cherries and apples. Looking at the bananas, she took the yellow ones since few were yellow and most were green. Artemis chuckled and looked into her wallet.
eh well, lets say i have more than enough. I'm a wealthy heir. she said not lying about the big family fortune she received from her parents death. Artemis raised a brow turning to him and smiled sweetly.
be my guest , i cook on an gass stove, i could do electrical but one little drop of water on the wrong place and we're screwed. So its basically cooking on fire. Artemis winked and looked around walking over to the cooler to grab cherry tomatoes and cucumbers as a snack for their way home.
Artemis loved the time she had with killian today, she was more than happy knowing she wouldnt lose him.

He smiled and nodded. that was that. He looked around and picked a few of the clear bags and began his picking. four large smooth potatoes, two large onions, six fresh carrots, a bag of fresh green beans. That was to start. He picked some lemons, strawberries, bananas cherries and green apples. He smiled looking back to her with an excited look. " Spices and meats next. And bread and herbs. " He looked up and around. With some direction from her he would pick a single large cut of rather beautiful piece of beef roast. The spices and herbs he was lightly confused about at first but quickly got the hang of them. Garlic, black pepper, parsley, salt, dill weed, oregano, and some cajun seasoning. Didn't know what that was but it sounded interesting. After that he picked up some pita bread and nodded. That was that and it was up to her now on the rest.

Artemis watched Killian like he was a child in the candy shop. Artemis chuckled and nodded over to the left with the herbs and stuff he needed. Pushing the kart over to him so he could put his things in. Artemis made her way over the the meat department and nodded at the glass counter.
here is the meat in all kind of ways. You knock yourself out i'll get some drinks. she said softly kissing his cheek and hopping off for the bottles of soda, water and lemonade. Walking back to the kart with her arms full off cherry coke, vanilla coke, dr.pepper three flavours and water and orange lemonade, artemis placed them into the kart with a smirk.
Artemis smirked and pointed to the candy department, let's go over there, i suppose there was no candy in your time. a smile on her face as she lead him to that department.
